About Us

The BCSCCM represents British Columbia’s critical care professionals. We are comprised of rural, community and academic physicians who care for critically ill patients. We are unified by our desire to improve not just the length, but the quality of our patients’ lives. We believe that this can only occur through the careful application of evidence-based medicine in a thoughtful and compassionate manner. Additionally, we advocate for our patients to the government, the public and to our physician colleagues.
